A reproduction of a circa 1900 Chelsea timepiece. The Special Grand epitomizes the art of fine clock making. The clock’s raised numerals and filigree centerpiece are gold plated brass. Hinged bezel, forged solid brass case. Hand-crafted Ship’s Bell mechanism, consisting of 364 steel and gold plated parts with an 11 jewel movement. Strikes the traditional ship’s bell code – one bell for each half hour on a four hour watch. Made in Chelsea, MA. Five year warranty. #29011 is the same clock on a Mahogany Base.
